Did you see the FORMIT MPP630 profiler at ANUGA FoodTec in Cologne? Now with set-up for "baby-carrot" production! During Anuga Foodtec 2009 we showed a profiler "live" for production of "baby-carrots" and carrot-balls!
The carrots are cut and shaped in the same machine, used raw material washed/polished or peeled carrot!
No water used in the cutting / shaping process! Extremely smooth surface gives a long shelf-life!
